If you need to install a new electricity or gas meter at one of your locations, Termina can manage the process for you. Please note: this process is only required if you do not have a meter installed at your location.
To get started, simply email support@termina.io with:
- The address
- The type of meter required (electricity, gas, or both)
- Any relevant context (for example, a new build, renovation, or upgrade)
Once we have the details, our team will:
- Liaise directly with the retailer and metering provider
- Arrange the required approvals
- Schedule a suitable installation appointment
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and confirm once the meter installation has been completed.
