Adding Termina to your Contacts (Ensure bill delivery)

Never miss an invoice or correspondence again!

All your invoices and meter correspondence will be sent via our support email support@termina.io

If you are new to Termina, there is a risk these emails might end up in Junk or Spam!

To prevent this happening, make sure you add our email to your list of Contacts, see our guide below on how to do it.

OUTLOOK 

1. On the toolbar, select New contact.
2. Enter Support@termina.io as the email address 
3. Select Create

PHONE:

Use your phones native email app, like Apple Mail?

Just add support@termina.io into your regular phone contacts
