Managing bills from before you joined Termina
All bills applicable to supply periods before you joined Termina are known as 'pre-Termina bills'
If you receive a bill directly from your retailer:
Check the date on the bill. Is it from before you joined us?
- If the answer is yes, please pay the bill directly to the retailer
- If the answer is no, please forward the bill on to support@termina.io or your Account Manager and we will advise and process the bill as necessary
If you have any doubts on whether you should pay the bill, please reach out to a member of our support team and we will be more than happy to advise.
If we recieve a pre-Termina bill for your account:
We always automatically validate the dates on your bill. Any pre-termina bills will always be shared with you.
If its one you need to pay directly, we will send it on to you for payment from our Support email
