Termina is an automated energy service that makes it easy for businesses to get the lowest available energy rates without having to compare retailers or deal with billing issues themselves.
When you sign up with Termina, we:
1. Review your current energy rates
We check your existing electricity or gas plan against available offers from all major Australian energy retailers. If a cheaper rate is available, we identify the savings for you.
2. Switch you to the best available offer
If we find savings, Termina handles the entire switching process.
This includes submitting paperwork, liaising with retailers, and ensuring the switch completes properly. You do not need to contact the retailer directly.
3. Manage your billing
After your first switch is complete, retailers send their invoices directly to Termina instead of to you.
We check each bill for accuracy, correct any errors, and then issue you a Termina invoice that reflects the correct charges and any savings.
4. Monitor your rates continuously
Energy plans change over time. Termina regularly checks for new savings and will switch you again if a better offer becomes available.
5. Handle retailer issues on your behalf
If there is an incorrect meter read, a billing mistake, or a supply issue, Termina works directly with the retailer to resolve it for you.
